Julia, Head of Client Success at Distillery
Tell us a bit about your background and your role at Distillery.
I’m Head of Pre-Sales and Client Success at Distillery with over five years of extensive experience in IT. I’m proficient in building productive and profitable working relationships with partners and customers, coordinating teams to ensure successful completion of projects, and representing the company at negotiations with customers. I consider myself to be a mature leader with effective team-building, mentoring, and fostering teamwork skills.
What strengths do you bring to your role at Distillery?
Team-building; I built and increased the Pre-Sales and Client Success Department by 8 people and strengthened the team.
What attracted you to Distillery?
The opportunity to grow and work at an international company.
What has been your favorite part about joining the Distillery team?
The friendly atmosphere, interesting tasks, and cross-cultural communication.
What are you learning right now?
I’m always looking to grow my leadership abilities and skills when it comes to motivating my team. I’m focusing on both of these right now.
How many cups of coffee/tea do you drink in a normal work day?
I usually drink 3-5 cups of Green Tea per day!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I like Zumba, traveling, and baking cakes!
