Given your work experience, what are the biggest strengths that you bring to your role at Distillery?
I feel that my biggest strength is that I have led and grown the human resources function at several global consulting and staffing organizations. This experience has helped me remain agile, think strategically, and make decisions quickly, which is especially important in rapidly growing and changing organizations like Distillery.

What has been your favorite part about being on the Distillery team?

What do you wish more people would ask/talk to you about?
What is our purpose? I think everything in life starts with a purpose, whether it is an organization, an individual contributor, a leader, etc. If you start out understanding the purpose, you will be able to better achieve the outcome.

Coffee! I only drink one cup technically but it is a big thermos.
