Anar Babaev, Distillery’s Managing Director, is headed to Stanford University October 27 to attend a hands-on design thinking workshop on preventing organizational “drag.” The day-long class will focus on helping business leaders to learn the common causes of organizational friction, as well as to explore how they can prevent it from dragging down their companies and their teams. The end goal of the course is for business leaders to leave with practical ideas on how to put the ideas into practice in their own businesses.
