Prior to acquisition by Axway, Syncplicity was a small, fast-growing Menlo Park startup looking to outpace the competition and plan for sustainable growth.

In 2010, Syncplicity partnered with Distillery. The company needed to extend their engineering capacity in order to accelerate development of their core cloud product and build several business support tools.

Syncplicity has been acquired three times since our partnership began: by EMC Corporation in 2012, SkyView Capital in 2015, and Axway in 2017, as an enhancement of Axway’s business transformation platform. Distillery has continued work on the project through all three acquisitions.
