Tengo 8 a\u00f1os de experiencia en operaciones y finanzas en diferentes industrias como software, capital de riesgo y bienes ra\u00edces.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Dada tu experiencia laboral, \u00bfcu\u00e1les son tus mayores fortalezas que aportan a tu rol en Distillery?<\/em><\/h3>    <p>Me considero una persona tranquila y serena; Nunca reacciono de la mala manera, por el contrario, siempre mantengo la calma. Adem\u00e1s de eso, cuento con experiencia internacional en gesti\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 te atrajo de Distillery?<\/em><\/h3>    <p>Inicialmente lo que me atrajo de Distillery fue contar con la posibilidad de influir positivamente en la cultura laboral de una empresa. Adem\u00e1s, la posibilidad de generar un impacto en el mercado, y de ofrecer la oportunidad de que los desarrolladores talentosos de M\u00e9xico se destaquen , lo cual de otra manera no podr\u00edan conseguir.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u00bfSobre qu\u00e9 habilidades o temas est\u00e1s aprendiendo en este momento?<\/em><\/h3>    <p>Estoy aprendiendo mucho sobre la gesti\u00f3n de delivery en lo que respecta a proyectos, y tambi\u00e9n estoy aprendiendo sobre los intangibles necesarios para proporcionar un marco de crecimiento para los miembros del equipo con experiencia.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u00bfA qui\u00e9n recurrir\u00edas como un \u201cmentor\u201d o \u201cinspirador\u201d?<\/em><\/h3>    <p>Curiosamente, me gu\u00edo a m\u00ed mismo mirando a los comediantes de stand-up. Me gusta ver la manera en que pueden transmitir un mensaje que puede ser agotador, conflictivo o inc\u00f3modo, y lo hacen sin problema. En un rol de liderazgo, la comunicaci\u00f3n es clave, y cuanto m\u00e1s claro sea el mensaje, mejor. Esto no significa que el impacto deba ser negativo en situaciones particulares, espec\u00edficamente en situaciones dif\u00edciles.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u00bfCaf\u00e9 o t\u00e9? \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas tazas te tomas en un d\u00eda laboral normal?<\/em><\/h3>    <p>No bebo caf\u00e9 ni t\u00e9, \u00a1pero soy un gran fan\u00e1tico de la Coca Cola! Normalmente bebo 1 vaso todos los d\u00edas, pero en d\u00edas de mucho estr\u00e9s puedo tomarme varios litros.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 palabras utilizar\u00edas para describirte a ti mismo (tanto en lo personal como en lo profesional)?<\/em><\/h3>    <p>Honesto, directo, comprensivo, emp\u00e1tico y abierto (siempre escucho primero las ideas y sugerencias de los dem\u00e1s).<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu superpoder?<\/em><\/h3>    <p>Tengo una gran fuerza de voluntad, hasta el punto de que me llaman testarudo.
