En nuestra serie <b>&#8220;Conozca la destiler\u00eda<\/b> &#8220;, le presentamos a algunos de los expertos con talento que nos ayudan (y a nuestros socios) a dar vida a las ideas.  Hoy nos gustar\u00eda presentarles a <i>Mati, nuestra Jefa de Dise\u00f1o y Entrega de Productos.<\/i>  <b>Pres\u00e9ntese, su formaci\u00f3n\/experiencia y su puesto en Distillery<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Eh! Soy Matias, pero todo el mundo me llama Mati. Nac\u00ed y crec\u00ed en C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina, tengo 32 a\u00f1os y trabajo en desarrollo de software desde hace 10 a\u00f1os. Me especialic\u00e9 en ingenier\u00eda de sistemas y m\u00e1s tarde en gesti\u00f3n. Hace casi 10 a\u00f1os empec\u00e9 como desarrollador y luego me pas\u00e9 al &#8220;lado oscuro&#8221; y empec\u00e9 a trabajar en Gesti\u00f3n de Productos, primero como BA, luego PO, PM, etc&#8230;  <\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me incorpor\u00e9 a Distillery en septiembre de 2021 como Product Delivery Manager, luego pas\u00e9 a ser Stack Manager of Product y, finalmente, en septiembre de 2022 me convert\u00ed en Head of Product Delivery and Design. En este puesto, mi objetivo es garantizar el \u00e9xito y el crecimiento del departamento, entrenar y orientar a todos los miembros del equipo y fomentar un entorno en el que todos los miembros de nuestro equipo puedan tener \u00e9xito.<\/span><b><\/b>  <b>Teniendo en cuenta su experiencia laboral, \u00bfcu\u00e1les son los puntos fuertes que aporta a su funci\u00f3n en Distillery?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al tener formaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda y desarrollo de software, creo que una de mis mayores bazas es la capacidad de entender el proceso de desarrollo y el lenguaje de los desarrolladores. No se trata s\u00f3lo de crear productos que gusten a la gente, sino tambi\u00e9n de crear productos t\u00e9cnicamente viables. Adem\u00e1s, me gusta considerarme una persona comprensiva y emp\u00e1tica, dispuesta a ayudar a los dem\u00e1s para que puedan dar lo mejor de s\u00ed mismos.<\/span>  <b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 le atrajo de Distillery?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que m\u00e1s me atrajo de Distillery fue su cultura y su gente. Me incorpor\u00e9 a la empresa gracias al programa de referencias y, poco despu\u00e9s de hacerlo, me di cuenta de que la cultura y los valores de la gente de esta empresa eran otra cosa. En Distillery, he encontrado una empresa donde me siento valorado y apreciado, y siempre hay alguien que se preocupa por mi bienestar. Esto no se encuentra en cualquier otra empresa   .<\/span>  <b>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son algunos de los conocimientos o temas que est\u00e1 aprendiendo ahora mismo?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s me gustan del mundo del desarrollo de software es la agilidad. Es incre\u00edble c\u00f3mo una mentalidad \u00e1gil puede ayudarte a superar montones de retos y mejorar el rendimiento general de tu equipo. Por eso actualmente estoy aprendiendo y aplicando las t\u00e9cnicas descritas en el libro de Jurgen Appello &#8220;Management 3.0&#8221;, que ense\u00f1a a aplicar los principios y valores \u00e1giles a la gesti\u00f3n de equipos.<\/span><b><\/b>  <b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu &#8220;man\u00eda&#8221; secreta en el trabajo relacionada con tu funci\u00f3n\/industria que realmente no tiene importancia pero que te vuelve loco?<\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No puedo -y lo digo en serio- tener un escritorio o una carpeta desordenados en mi ordenador. Me molesta tener m\u00e1s de dos o tres archivos en el escritorio. Adem\u00e1s, si una carpeta de mi ordenador tiene muchos archivos que no est\u00e1n relacionados entre s\u00ed, yo  <\/span><b>necesita<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> organizarlos en m\u00e1s carpetas.<\/span><b><\/b>  <b>\u00bfCaf\u00e9 o t\u00e9? \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas tazas en un d\u00eda de trabajo normal?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Caf\u00e9! Me encanta comprar diferentes tipos. Luego muelo los granos y preparo mi propio espresso.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creo que tomo de dos a tres tazas al d\u00eda (una por la ma\u00f1ana, otra por la tarde y quiz\u00e1 otra despu\u00e9s de comer).<\/span><b><\/b>  <b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 le gusta hacer fuera del trabajo?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bueno, los amigos y la familia me quitan mucho tiempo despu\u00e9s del trabajo, disfruto mucho pasando tiempo con ellos. Adem\u00e1s, \u00a1me encanta viajar! En realidad no importa ad\u00f3nde me dirija, mientras haya un viaje en un futuro pr\u00f3ximo \u00a1ser\u00e9 feliz!  <\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n soy una \u00e1vida lectora, apenas hay un momento en el que no est\u00e9 leyendo al menos un libro. La m\u00fasica es otra de mis aficiones favoritas. Toco la guitarra y desde hace dos a\u00f1os aprendo piano por mi cuenta.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me encantan los perros y -especialmente- los pastores alemanes. La vida no es lo mismo sin los perros.<\/span>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a los deportes, me gusta el tenis y lo practico desde que era ni\u00f1a.<\/span><b><\/b>  <b>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los tres o cinco hashtags que te describen (tanto personal como profesionalmente)?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#Organizado #Ayudar #Viajero #Perro #AvGeek (\u00a1b\u00fascalo!)<\/span>  <b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu emoji m\u00e1s usado o favorito?<\/b><b><\/b>  <b> <\/b><b><\/b>  <b>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es su libro favorito (o qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 leyendo actualmente)?<\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toda la serie &#8220;Harry Potter&#8221;.<\/span>  <b>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son sus vacaciones ideales (o qu\u00e9 vacaciones se tom\u00f3 por \u00faltima vez)?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cualquier lugar del Caribe.<\/span><b><\/b>  <b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 idiomas puede hablar?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espa\u00f1ol, ingl\u00e9s y me gusta pensar que hablo un poco de italiano.<\/span>  <b>Si pudiera vivir en cualquier ciudad, \u00bfcu\u00e1l ser\u00eda?<\/b><b><\/b>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin duda, Nueva York.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Distillery, nuestros incre\u00edbles empleados son el centro de todo lo que hacemos.
