You\u2019re bound to one platform\u2019s logic, integrations, and pricing model.<\/p>\n\n<p>Fast-forward six months: leadership asks to pivot, or a new tool suddenly outpaces your chosen vendor. You\u2019ve got teams building parallel dashboards, redefining metrics in multiple places, and questioning whether the answers they\u2019re getting are trustworthy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Enterprises don\u2019t just want conversational AI. It shows up in how fast (or slow) your teams can adapt.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A finance team defines \u201crevenue\u201d one way in a Snowflake-native chatbot. The sales team, running on a Databricks interface, gets a slightly different definition. Both are \u201cright\u201d according to their platform, but now the executive team has two conflicting answers to the same question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An operations manager wants to experiment with a new LLM for cost reasons. But the existing AI interface is tied tightly to a specific model. Switching isn\u2019t a matter of swapping out a connection. It\u2019s a rebuild.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A marketing analyst asks a question in Slack and gets an answer. The same question asked during a Google Meet with leadership comes back differently, because the tools don\u2019t share a semantic backbone.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>These examples aren\u2019t hypothetical.
