About the Position

Want to be a part of a software development company working with big names in the IT industry We’re seeking a determined and dynamic Location Manager Mexico  to drive aggressive growth and run Distillery Tech's business operations in Mexico. Working collaboratively with our Headquarters in the US, you will be responsible for general administrative support in the delivery center in Mexico, directly reporting to the Director of Operations in Latam.
We need a professional with strong management skills, experience, and willingness to help us manage our fast-growing Delivery Center in Mexico.


  • Ensure the smooth running of the Mexico office 

  • Point of contact for duties including:

    • Maintenance

    • Mailing

    • Supplies

    • Equipment

    • Bills (rent,internet, electricity, office services in general)

    • Cleaning services for the office

  • Liaison between the office and facility management vendors

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers and office lease

  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting

  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office

  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and equipment assigned to the employees

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

  • Help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

  • Point of contact with legal vendor for local compliance matters

  • Responsible of legal representation of Distillery entities

  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary



  • Must be based in Mexico City.

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager (5+ years)

  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to suggest improvements
