About the Position

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating visual content that supports our brand, marketing initiatives, and other internal projects. You will work closely with our Senior Designer and other Marketing team members to bring ideas to life.


  • Understand the overall company brand vision and develop branding strategies to establish the company as an expert in the markets we serve

  • Assist in all creative projects for the company design, web content, and social media efforts

  • Create cutting edge visuals, animations, & user experiences to maximize engagement

  • Produce supporting graphics, landing pages, email campaigns, digital templates within the HubSpot platform.

  • Adhere to production schedules and work under tight deadlines

  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Apply strong design principles to ensure visual clarity, consistency, and brand alignment

  • Conduct research on design trends and best practices

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines and messaging


  • A minimum of 3 years of successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital brand agency or on a digital marketing team

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

  • Fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, HubSpot, PowerPoint, and WordPress

  • Highly creative with devising digital solutions that engage, inform, and motivate target audiences

  • Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
