About the Position


Distillery is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. This role involves performing functional and non-functional testing, validating requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA methodologies, test documentation, and defect tracking, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities:


  • Perform functional and non-functional testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Analyze and validate requirements, mock-ups, and specifications.
  • Establish and maintain the QA process in alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and verify new features while improving existing functionality.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and checklists.
  • Execute test cases, report test results, and track defects to resolution.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in functional and non-functional testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with test documentation creation, including test cases and test plans.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Have:


  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
