6+ years of industry experience in Software Quality Assurance
3+ years of experience as a Test Lead working with developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, testers, and business stakeholders
Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in Automation and Manual testing roles
Strong hands-on experience analyzing requirements, developing, and executing test cases.
Experience with Insurance domain is a must.
Experience using test management, bug tracking and source code management tools (JIRA, Tricentis, Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with cross functional teams to keep up with fast paced projects and deliver high quality products to customer.
Experience with Test Automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Cumber etc. is desired.
