About the Position

Distillery is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys problem-solving and providing hands-on support to users. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.



Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing new equipment, coordinating deliveries, receiving old equipment, and ensuring it is ready for reuse.
  • Provide helpdesk support for users, troubleshooting issues related to email setup, Slack, accounts, and licenses.
  • Set up, configure, and format Mac and Windows devices for new and existing employees.
  • Manage and track IT assets, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
  • Assist in managing Google Workspace accounts and handling basic Jira ticketing.
  • Coordinate with courier services for equipment logistics.
  • Work collaboratively within the IT team, escalating complex issues as needed.



Requirements

  • Technical background with experience in configuring and setting up Mac and Windows devices.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Jira ticketing system is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective user support.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Based in Córdoba, or Ciudad de México, with the ability to work on-site as needed.


Nice To Have

  • Google Workspace Professional Administrator certification.
  • Experience managing AWS and GCP environments.
