About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in both finance and IT to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in working with financial and operational data, ERP systems, and modern analytics tools.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining dashboards, automating data processes, and building scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Python. You will also collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure high-quality, business-ready data that supports decision-making across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Design, migrate, and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards for financial and operational reporting.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate business-critical data.
  • Use Python to automate data workflows and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Integrate data from multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite) into centralized analytics solutions.
  • Partner with finance and business teams to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and analytics infrastructure.
  • Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for reporting solutions.


Requirements

  • 5+ years in data analysis, BI, or analytics engineering roles.
  • Strong experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker (DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices).
  • Advanced SQL expertise for data extraction and transformation.
  • Proficiency with Python for automation and analytics workflows.
  • Experience working with financial and operational datasets.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts (P&L, forecasting, variance analysis).
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end analytics projects, from raw data to polished dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.


Nice To Have

  • Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Consulting or client-facing experience.
