About the Position                                            

As a Senior QA Automation you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects. 

Responsibilities                                            

• Work on testing new product features and create automation scripts for our application
• Define test strategies, design test plan, execute test cases
• Collaborate with the rest of QA team, product team and development team
• Track issues and work with developers to identify root causes
• Collaborating with Software Engineering Leaders, Project Managers, Product Managers, and others to ensure smooth integration of Quality Engineering solutions into the SDLC (Agile)
• Actively participate in test planning discussions to assure automation coverage is continuously improving

Requirements                                            

• 4+ years of experience on web testing
• Strong Background in Java
• Experience with Selenium
• Ability to wear multiple hats to help us achieve our goals
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and test-driven development
• Understanding of databases, SQL, and application servers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• True passion for trying to break software, find bugs, understand their root cause and how that forces it to adapt and become something new
