About the Position
As a QA Automation Engineer you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Adept at taking requirements and developing automated test coverage to achieve low-risk deployments
- Designing and implementing automation strategies and frameworks
- Developing, maintaining and executing automated test scripts
- Collaborating with different teams to understand and prioritize automation needs
- Continuously improving the QA processes and tools
- Communicating with stakeholders on the progress and status of QA efforts
- Deep understanding of software development and testing, as well as knowledge of programming languages, testing tools, and Agile development methodologies
Requirements
- Background coding in Java or JavaScript
- Appium testing
- Selenium testing OR Web Driver JS aka Web driver (Wdio)
- Experience with Saucelab, Browerstack – cloud infrastructure.
- Testing done on iOS and Android.
- Experience developing scripts for diff view ports (Mobile, tabs, iPad compatible).
- Some functional testing on mobile. (manual testing, interruption testing, testing diff networks - optional)
- Experience working on any version tool, any CI tool (azure DevOps OR Jenkins OR Github actions)
