About the Position

Marketing Ghostwriter / LinkedIn Writer for CEOs

We’re seeking a skilled copywriter with experience crafting LinkedIn content for U.S.-based executives. This role focuses on founder-led marketing, helping CEOs and executives establish thought leadership through authentic, engaging, and well-researched social media posts.

This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who understands how to craft engaging, leadership-driven content that resonates with a professional audience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop Executive Voice & Tone – Analyze past content, conduct interviews, and refine writing style to align with the executive’s personal brand.
  • Content Creation – Write LinkedIn posts that blend industry insights, personal anecdotes, and thought leadership.
  • Research & Trend Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and relevant discussions to inform post ideas.
  • Content Strategy & Planning – Collaborate on content calendars, ideate new post topics, and balance evergreen and timely content.
  • Review & Feedback Process – Work closely with the executive to refine drafts, incorporate feedback, and ensure posts align with their vision.
  • Publishing & Performance Tracking – Assist in scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and refining strategy based on performance insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience writing LinkedIn or social media content for executives, founders, or thought leaders.
  • Strong ability to adopt and maintain a consistent voice and tone.
  • Ability to translate executive insights into compelling, concise posts.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
