About the Position

We are seeking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to architect and deliver the real-time backbone of our next-generation communication platform. In this hands-on role, you will design, implement, and optimize Python-powered services and WebSocket-driven pipelines that deliver lightning-fast, low-latency interactions while integrating LLM capabilities. You’ll own the end-to-end development of APIs, backend systems, and deployment workflows—ensuring they’re secure, reliable, and scalable—and collaborate closely with frontend, design, and DevOps teams to bring our real-time vision to life.


Responsibilities

  • Build and ship full-stack features for a real-time communication app and LLM-powered brain.
  • Add real-time interactivity using WebSockets and MCP.
  • Design and maintain APIs, backend services, and deployment pipelines.
  • Optimize performance across the stack for fast, low-latency user interactions.
  • Contribute to the design system and ensure visual consistency across UI surfaces.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React (frontend experience can be minimal or even skipped).
  • Experience working with real-time systems (e.g., WebSockets).
  • Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms like GCP.


Nice To Have

  • Experience building AI-integrated or highly interactive UIs.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior experience in startups or small, agile teams.
  • A strong eye for UX and attention to detail.
  • ML Ops experience, especially on ML pipelines and deployment.
  • Experience with WebSockets, WebRTC, and ideally WebTransport or WebCodecs.
