About the Position

We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with strong Power BI experience to help design and implement new dashboards from scratch. The ideal candidate is skilled in data storytelling and can partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, choose the right visualizations, and deliver actionable insights.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design new dashboards in Power BI.
  • Define KPI logic, visualization approaches, and ensure reports align with business objectives.
  • Build intuitive dashboards that convey insights effectively and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations on visualization choices (e.g., when to use bar vs. line charts).
  • Document and explain design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Power BI knowledge, including experience with DAX and data modeling.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into visual analytics.
  • Skilled at data storytelling and explaining visualization rationale.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Available to work EST hours.
  • Fluent in English (Advanced level).
