About the Position


We are seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer (Argentina) with expert-level experience in C#.NET to join a dynamic and globally distributed team in the financial industry. This Argentina-based role requires outstanding communication skills and a proactive mindset to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to contribute to high-impact projects, and confident in presenting effective solutions to management and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Develop application components using C# .NET and ensure high-quality code standards.
  • Build and maintain APIs in ASP.NET, incorporating Azure services such as App Service and Storage Accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively, providing timely resolutions.
  • Provide hands-on product and tool support to internal and external users, including documentation and Q&A.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to demonstrate product features and resolve live product issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement reliable solutions.
  • Participate in documentation of system configuration, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and help establish development standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in back-end development with strong proficiency in C#.
  • Proven experience building APIs in ASP.NET.
  • 3+ years working with Azure services (App Service, StorageAccount/Blobs, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures for handling large data sets.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Durable Functions, including fan-out/fan-in patterns.
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles and clean, scalable code practices.
  • Experience with Entity Framework and multithreaded C# development.
  • Proficient in GraphQL and OAuth2.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with directors and team members.
  • Advanced English is required.

  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks independently, and meet deadlines consistently.
