About the Position
Distillery is seeking execution-oriented GTM Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for our software engineering, Data, and AI services business. This role requires someone who can turn Distillery’s Data & AI capabilities into clear messaging, memorable events and conference presence, and focused go-to-market execution. GTM Senior Marketing Manager will own marketing strategy, demand generation, and help Distillery build repeatable marketing support for revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation, Events & Go-to-Market Execution
- Own Distillery’s industry event and conference strategy - selecting the right events, negotiating sponsorships, and leading on-site presence and experience to build pipeline and brand.
- Translate complex software development, product, and AI capabilities into clear, compelling marketing programs and sales-enablement assets that resonate with technology executives.
- Use market feedback and campaign performance to continuously refine messaging and targeting.
- Develop and support ABM/ABX programs for priority accounts, in partnership with sales.
- Track, measure, and optimize performance using data-driven insights
Sales & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with sales leadership and internal subject matter experts to ensure marketing efforts reflect market opportunities and service capabilities.
- Partner cross-functionally with delivery and engineering leaders to turn client outcomes and case studies into market-facing content.
- Support GTM efforts with practical materials, campaign direction, and positioning that help the sales team create momentum.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years in B2B marketing within technology services, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to market complex offerings with long sales cycles and consultative buying processes, including experience with targeted ABM/ABX or account-based motions.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation and GTM execution.
- Experience planning, managing, and measuring ROI on industry events, conferences, and sponsorships, including on-site execution.
- Familiarity with marketing tools - marketing automation, and performance measurement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Builder and operator mentality - can architect bold strategy while executing hands-on in a fast-evolving ambiguous environment, especially within AI and emerging technologies
