Salesforce Administrator
About the Role
We’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help to work with the platform and take a hands-on administration across a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for platform stability, org hygiene, security, and governance, while partnering closely with a Salesforce developer and business teams across Sales, MarketingOperations, Finance and HR.
This role is equal parts data analyst, process optimizer, and GTM problem-solver — responsible for keeping Salesforce as our single source of truth while building the automations, dashboards, and workflows that power business decisions.
Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Data Integrity
Own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, permissions, roles, flows, validation rules, custom objects, and integrations.
Maintain data integrity and hygiene across lead, contact, account, and opportunity objects.
Manage system integrations across HubSpot, TargetRecruit, and other sales/marketing tools.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for GTM, AM, Operations and Finance leadership.
Partner with Sales to ensure opportunity stages, pipelines, and forecasting models are standardized and accurate.
Partner with Account Management, Recruitment, and Operations to support staffing visibility and utilization reporting for developer placements.
Partner with Finance and HR to connect Salesforce data with billing, invoicing,revenue recognition and other reports (developer billables, client allocation, project tracking).
Support Marketing with lead source attribution, campaign tracking, and integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automations (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
Build scalable processes that reduce manual data entry and eliminate friction between teams.
Document and communicate system updates, new processes, and best practices to stakeholders.
Build dashboards
Deliver data-driven insights to leadership for forecasting, staffing needs, and marketing and Sales ROI.
Proactively monitor KPIs to highlight trends and anomalies in pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue growth.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations, or GTM systems management.
Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
Familiarity with IT, consulting, or professional services business models (billable hours, utilization, project allocation).
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, automation limits, and performance considerations
Excellent communicator — able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ability to work effectively with developers and cross-functional stakeholders
Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to data accuracy and visualization.
Ability to identify key issues and details, and present understandable alternatives to both technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation to support the testing, installation, operations, deployment and maintenance of products
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with TargetRecruit or similar staffing/ATS tools is a plus.
