About the Position

We are seeking an AI Consultant to join our growing data engineering and analytics practice. This is a hybrid strategist-builder role: you will advise enterprise clients on AI and GenAI strategy while also architecting and personally building the resulting solutions, from data pipelines through model development and production deployment. You'll partner closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to move engagements smoothly from strategy into successful, production-grade implementation.


Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on AI/GenAI use cases, roadmaps, ROI and feasibility, and responsible AI practices.
  • Architect end-to-end AI/ML and data solutions, from pipelines through models, MLOps, and deployment.
  • Design LLM/GenAI solutions, including RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Write production-quality code, lead technical delivery, and manage scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support internal tooling and reusable AI frameworks, and mentor junior staff.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposals, scoping calls, demos, and client relationship growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, ML engineering, or AI/analytics consulting, with direct client-facing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of the full ML lifecycle, from data preparation through training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience with the GenAI/LLM stack, including RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data governance, AI risk, or enterprise data architecture.
  • Cloud, ML, or Databricks certifications.
  • Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
