About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Engagement team of a leading client in the marketing technology sector. This role focuses on building and optimizing user-facing tools that enable marketers to create and track seamless, link-powered experiences such as deep links, web banners, and QR codes. As a key member of this high-impact team, you will work across the full stack to develop intuitive and robust interfaces that support billions of user interactions and drive meaningful business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and own features across the stack, from API development to user interface implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define technical requirements and make tradeoff decisions.
  • Improve architectural foundations and enhance testing practices to boost engineering velocity.
  • Connect frontend and backend systems through clean, maintainable code.
  • Actively contribute to the team's product direction, development quality, and engineering standards.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating pragmatism and initiative.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on fullstack development.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and API design.
  • Strong grasp of software fundamentals including testing, architecture, and systems thinking.
  • Experience communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of product ownership and delivering impactful solutions

  • Comfort using AI-powered coding assistance tools.
