About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst / BI Engineer who can work across the end-to-end data lifecycle — from raw data ingestion and transformation through to BI dashboards and insights. The ideal candidate has a background in finance or ERP-driven environments, strong technical expertise with Python, SQL, and Power BI, and the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams. This role is well-suited for someone who has broad exposure to different industries and technologies, but also depth in one or two key areas (e.g., data modeling, dashboard design, or pipeline automation).


Responsibilities

  • Work across the data pipeline end-to-end: from ingestion, cleaning, and modeling to visualization and reporting.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that serve financial and operational stakeholders.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries and data models to support analytics.
  • Use Python for automation, data transformation, and advanced analytics.
  • Integrate with ERP and business systems to deliver reliable reporting solutions.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting layers.
  • Partner with finance, business, and IT teams to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in data analysis, BI, or analytics engineering.
  • Strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, advanced reporting).
  • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar).
  • Hands-on Python for data automation and analysis.
  • Experience integrating data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end workflows, from raw data to dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.

Nice To Have

  • Finance or accounting background (P&L, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Ability to suggest KPI definitions and explain visualization choices (data storytelling).
