About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join a consulting-style engagement with large enterprise clients.
In this role, you will provide advanced technical support while acting as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will troubleshoot complex issues using SQL and Azure, communicate directly with clients, and ensure high-quality support delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
This position is ideal for a senior professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working closely with clients, and delivering reliable, production-level support solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for client systems and applications
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues using SQL and Azure
- Investigate data-related issues and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents with a strong focus on quality
- Communicate directly with clients to understand issues and provide solutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language
- Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders in a client-facing environment
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders in a consulting-style setup
- Support system improvements, optimizations, and reliability initiatives
- Contribute to best practices in support processes and issue resolution
- Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in Technical Support, Support Engineering, or similar roles
- Experience supporting large enterprise clients
- Background working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Strong expertise in SQL (querying, troubleshooting, data analysis)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience analyzing and resolving complex system and data issues
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a client-oriented approach
