About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a design professional with a strong background creating intuitive and visually compelling experiences for complex SaaS platforms and business applications.

The selected candidate will play a key role in designing scalable, responsive, and user-centered interfaces while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders. This position requires strong expertise in interaction design, visual design systems, and user experience best practices, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant digital experiences.

Additionally, this role encourages the active use of AI-powered design tools and assistants to support ideation, prototyping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, requiring attendance at the office in Capital Federal once per week.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for complex SaaS and business platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Lead responsive and visual design initiatives across desktop and web products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy, MVP definition, and user persona development.
• Apply UI/UX best practices and interaction design principles to ensure usability and consistency.
• Present and communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate within iterative product development cycles.
• Actively leverage AI tools and design assistants to enhance productivity and solution quality.

Requirements

• Must be located in Buenos Aires and willing to attend the office in Capital Federal once per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong experience designing complex SaaS platforms and business applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, logical reasoning, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of UI patterns and best practices for SaaS, desktop, and responsive web applications.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design principles.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping methodologies.
• Experience with startup product development, MVP concepts, and user persona creation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
