About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join our team and lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android using React Native. This role is ideal for an engineer with deep expertise in cross-platform mobile development, performance optimization, and mobile security. The selected candidate will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless user experiences, integrate complex backend services, and ensure reliable application performance across platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable mobile solutions, maintaining high engineering standards, and contributing to technical and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, including at least 3 years working with React Native for both iOS and Android.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React Native core components, APIs, and mobile application architecture.
• Experience implementing mobile-specific features such as offline functionality, deep linking, push notifications, and secure local storage.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, debugging, memory management, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs within React Native applications.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play Store deployment, release, and review processes.
• Experience working with shared codebases while managing platform-specific requirements and implementations.
• Strong understanding of mobile security best practices and secure data handling.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience participating in code reviews and contributing to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing fintech, banking, payments, or other highly regulated mobile applications.
• Knowledge of biometric authentication technologies such as Face ID, Touch ID, and Android Biometrics.
• Experience implementing secure keychain and keystore storage solutions.
• Familiarity with Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Experience building real-time or transaction-based mobile applications.
• Exposure to mobile analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with web development teams to maintain design consistency and feature parity across platforms.
