The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicates candidly across all levels, and thrives on turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans for development teams.

  • Write user stories with acceptance criteria for developers to complete
  • Manage backlog and roadmap
  • Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies
  • Schedule and lead status update meetings for projects
  • Report and resolve project issues
  • Take full responsibility for coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of software project management experience
  • Bias to listening to multiple perspectives, with the courage to communicate candidly and transparently when required
  • Experience using PM software
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to track project progress, resolve issues, plan, manage resources, and provide project status updates internally and to clients
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum processes
