Within five years of starting his career in tech at age 19, Andrey had played a key role in creating a successful cloud synchronization startup that was sold to a Fortune 500 company. Since relocating the business to the US in 2012, he has overseen the exponential growth that has earned Distillery a rank on the Inc. 5000 every year since 2017.
Peter brings 20+ years of experience leading operations for near and offshore delivery centers. He is a tactical problem-solver who uses deep cross-operational expertise to build and improve high-performing teams and business partnerships within highly competitive global markets.
Prior to joining Distillery, Peter was a key leader at PwC during the company’s acquisition and integration of BearingPoint’s Service Delivery Centers (SDCs). He was instrumental in their growth, taking them from a 300K delivery-hour business in 2009 to 8M+ hours in 2020. Peter also helped to expand global SDC staff to 5,000+ employees.
Joe's 25 years of IT experience includes software development, large project management, consulting and operations leadership. He is passionate about identifying and resolving inefficiencies and is a change agent for continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Distillery, Joe spent eight years as VP of IT for a Midwest eyewear company supporting 83 retail locations. He is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and well versed in technology trends to improve mission-critical operations, transform the customer experience and invigorate employee innovation.
Lauren has 15 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, change management
and business transformation. She is a strategic thinker who is skilled at creating an employee-oriented,
customer centric, high-performance culture emphasizing diversity, goal attainment and superior workforce
optimization.
Prior to joining Distillery, Lauren led and grew the human resources function at several global consulting and
staffing organizations. Her expertise includes utilizing a process-oriented approach to transform
organizations in cross-cultural and rapid growth environments. Lauren received a BA in Liberal Arts from
Marymount Manhattan College and an MS in Human Resource Management and Organizational
Development from New York University.
John comes with 20+ years of experience delivering world-class IT services by providing
leadership and oversight over the entire delivery life cycle and driving positive client outcomes.
He is known for delivering consistently high levels of client satisfaction and optimizing time to-
value for client implementations.
Prior to Distillery, John played Key IT Delivery Leader role for Cognizant in their Healthcare
Plans and Provider practice, managing large Healthcare clients with an annual turnaround of
150M. In addition, he was instrumental in establishing the Healthcare Interoperability Delivery
office to address the 21st Century Cures Act for Cognizant Healthcare plan clients.
Yosele has 8+ years of experience in international operations and finance across several industries. A skilled communicator and dedicated team player, he focuses on driving ROI for Distillery’s clients while creating opportunities for his talented, hard-working team to shine.
Prior to joining Distillery, Yosele managed operations, technology, data analytics, process improvement, and change management efforts for a range of software, VC, and real estate businesses. He also has hands-on experience as a project manager and business strategy consultant.
Torie is an accounting and finance professional with 17 years of experience across multiple industries. Her passion is to help businesses turn their finances into powerful tools of growth and success.
She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of Illinois. Her greatest professional achievement is supporting the career development of her team and helping to shape the next generation of leaders.
