About the Position

At Distillery, we’re looking for a talented and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll be in charge of the end-to-end recruitment process across LATAM, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring top tech talent on board.


Responsibilities


Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles across LATAM.

Source passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other creative channels.

Craft compelling job descriptions and help represent our employer brand in the market.

Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Track and update progress in our ATS (Target Recruit preferred), keeping stakeholders informed.

Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and support diversity efforts.


Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

Based in Córdoba or Buenos Aires, with the ability to work hybrid if needed.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable using ATS tools and managing multiple open roles at once.
