About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master (or Technical Program Manager) with experience leading engineering teams to work more effectively toward business goals while minimizing chaos and reducing stress. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented leader with a strong track record of driving data-informed improvements and fostering continuous growth within teams. They should be comfortable in fast-paced, startup-like environments that are agile and constantly evolving. A passion for optimizing team dynamics, implementing best practices, and enabling high-performing engineering teams is essential for this role.



Responsibilities

  • Lead Scrum rituals, including sprint ceremonies, Jira board management, and release coordination.
  • Analyze team data to identify and reduce bottlenecks, continuously improving processes and delivery.
  • Support day-to-day project management in collaboration with lead program managers.
  • Participate in technical discussions and challenge task estimates constructively when needed.
  • Set and maintain healthy boundaries to ensure teams stay focused on priorities and timelines.
  • Communicate confidently with engineers and stakeholders, handling conflict with diplomacy.
  • Provide empathetic guidance to teams while ensuring accountability and forward momentum.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager in agile environments.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data to support team performance and process improvements.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical conversations and challenging assumptions thoughtfully.
  • Skilled in navigating cross-functional communication and conflict resolution.
  • Confident leadership style balanced with humility and openness to new ideas.
  • Experience working with dynamic, fast-evolving teams and organizations.


Nice to have

  • Interest or prior experience in e-commerce environments.
