About the Position

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will thrive at the intersection of architecture, execution, and client partnership. Your focus will be on driving technical excellence across multiple client engagements. You will serve as the go-to resource ensuring our internal teams are aligned with each client's systems, standards, and expectations. This is not a commercial role—your mission is to lead the technical thread of delivery, providing guidance, alignment, and confidence in execution.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical point of contact across multiple client projects—owning architecture and process alignment for successful delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s tech stack, integrations, and security protocols; translate that knowledge into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Ensure teams adhere to client-specific technology standards, documentation practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and support project teams with architectural insights, technical direction, and troubleshooting support.
  • Lead technical onboarding for new projects or new team members—facilitating structured and efficient ramp-ups.
  • Participate in client meetings to represent technical delivery, address implementation questions, and flag potential technical risks.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure that delivery timelines and scopes align with technical realities.
  • Proactively identify and escalate delivery blockers or misalignments, as well as opportunities to improve architecture or integration.
  • Foster cross-team knowledge sharing to enable the reuse of solutions and learnings.


Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud environments, API management, integration patterns, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps, or similar platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, QA, and client-side stakeholders.


Leadership and Management

  • Experience mentoring and guiding project teams across distributed or hybrid models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge, support, and enable teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, with a structured approach to delivery alignment and risk management.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
