About the Position

As an MLOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in transforming cutting-edge GenAI prototypes into scalable, production-grade systems. You’ll work alongside AI engineers and product teams to bring real-time AI experiences to life, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of next-generation AI pipelines in Azure-based environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Refactor Jupyter notebook GenAI workflows into modular, maintainable, and production-ready pipelines.
  • Implement orchestration using Airflow and CI/CD best practices across cloud environments in Azure.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Spark/Databricks workloads to handle growing data and model demands.
  • Containerize applications with Docker to ensure reproducibility and streamlined deployment across environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AI and product teams to integrate scalable GenAI solutions into real-world applications.


Technical Expertise:

  • Strong experience in Azure-based MLOps workflows and cloud engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, orchestration tools like Airflow, and containerization with Docker.
  • Expertise with Databricks and Spark, including workload optimization and large-scale data processing.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, RAG, LLMs).
  • Familiarity with vectorstore solutions such as FAISS, Chroma, or Pinecone.
  • Knowledge of scalable GenAI architecture design and deployment strategies.
