About the Position

We are seeking for a detail-oriented, proactive Business Analyst / Scrum Master to help translate business needs into actionable work and ensure agile teams are aligned, accountable, and delivering. You’ll partner closely with the primary stakeholder to gather requirements, break them down into clear, prioritized tickets, and lead Scrum ceremonies that keep execution tight and focused.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the main business stakeholder to capture, clarify, and document product and feature requirements.
  • Translate high-level ideas into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria within the backlog.
  • Own the backlog grooming process and ensure tickets are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams—leading daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive team accountability by tracking commitments, identifying blockers early, and facilitating resolution.
  • Monitor sprint progress and help the team stay aligned with objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure transparency and communication across stakeholders, surfacing risks and status updates as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a hybrid Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master role within a software or digital product team.
  • Strong experience writing clear, actionable user stories and managing backlogs in tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills—comfortable bridging technical and non-technical conversations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Passion for Generative AI projects and trends. experience working on GenAI products is a huge plus
