About the Position

We are seeking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to a healthcare project for a key client. The main objective is to automate the regression test suite, streamline testing processes, and collaborate on the team’s broader testing efforts. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in test automation and prior hands-on experience with EPIC systems.


Responsibilities

  • Automate regression test suites to enhance efficiency and reliability of the testing process.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in the overall testing strategy, supporting both automation and manual testing tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing best practices in test automation.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration to support project objectives.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proven experience working with EPIC systems in testing environments.
  • Proficient in Java and/or Python for automation tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium and Robot Framework.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and automation best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • English proficiency: B2/C1.


Nice To Have

  • Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks.
  • Exposure to healthcare domain projects and standards.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments.
