About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Front-End Developer to join our growing development lab. You’ll be working on modern, web-based tools built with VueJS, Laravel, PHP, and D3. This role requires a strong foundation in JavaScript and HTML/CSS, with a focus on delivering scalable, user-centric applications.

You’ll be part of a creative and passionate team of engineers who leverage the latest technologies to support business consultants in driving impactful, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable front-end features using VueJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and functional interfaces using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to build user-centric features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of internal standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership content around modern web development.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Expert-level knowledge of VueJS or another major JavaScript framework.
  • Advanced CSS/SCSS skills, with experience using Bootstrap.
  • Solid understanding of web protocols and technologies (HTTP, REST, APIs).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of tools like NPM, Webpack, Git, and Chrome DevTools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours when needed.


Nice To Have

  • Experience with D3 or other SVG/Canvas-based charting libraries.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Interest in helping shape development policies and technical standards.
