About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Implementation Consultant passionate about delivering successful implementations of talent management software for enterprise customers. This role blends core talent, software implementation, functional consulting, and robust project management capabilities, facilitating clients' transition
from traditional HR practices to AI-driven workforce planning and skill-based talent solutions.
Responsibilities
The Talent Implementation Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering successful talent management software implementations.
- Leading core implementation engagements focused on configuring and deploying AI-driven talent management systems (e.g., HRMS, ATS, TA, TM) to align with strategic client objectives.
- Understanding client-specific business challenges, workflows, and talent needs to configure software solutions effectively.
- Serving as the primary point of contact and advocate, managing escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution during the implementation lifecycle.
- Demonstrating and communicating measurable outcomes and benefits of the implemented solutions, particularly around skills-based workforce planning and talent management.
- Conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure high-quality implementation and accurate system configuration.
- Mobilizing and managing internal resources, coordinating project tasks, and maintaining alignment with client stakeholders throughout the implementation.
- Developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and scope effectively, adapting plans through proactive change management.
- Collaborating closely with internal Product, Engineering, and Solution Architect teams to ensure seamless integration and impactful delivery.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews to capture learnings, refine methodologies, and establish best practices for ongoing improvement in software implementation and skills-based talent strategies.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in software implementation, functional consulting, or strategic project management, ideally with a strong background in AI-driven HRMS or talent solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex software implementation projects, specifically related to talent acquisition and management platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Eightfold AI, Phenom, SeekOut, Oracle).
- Strong expertise in functional consulting, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and client training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to manage and lead implementation projects effectively.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and project management skills with proficiency in resource planning and project management methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent; advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are desirable.
