Role Overview:

The Technical Business Analyst serves as a critical technical and strategic advisor, guiding enterprise

clients from pre sales to comprehensive implementation of complex talent management solutions. This role demands

extensive back end integration and configuration expertise, architectural proficiency, and active involvement in sales

engineering activities including developing detailed Implementation Statements of Work (SOW).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent Architecture and Configuration Consultant, you will:

• Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor from pre sales through implementation and post-deployment support.

• Lead pre sales activities, creating compelling presentations, technical demonstrations, and detailed Implementation

Statements of Work (SOW).

• Architect advanced, robust back end integration solutions across HR, talent management, and enterprise systems.

• Analyze intricate business requirements and translate them into sophisticated back end configurations and

integrations.

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive API integrations using JSON, ETL, XML, Python, SQL, and other

relevant technologies.

• Guide Talent leaders and users through real-world scenarios to integrate AI-driven recommendations into daily

workflows, emphasizing skills gap identification across critical roles, and creating a unified language for skills

architecture.

• Focus on utilizing and acting upon platform data, addressing pain points, workflows, and customer-specific needs

to directly support End Users, Power Users, and Administrators.

• Conduct leadership transformation enablement training to equip leaders and stakeholders with insights on analyzing

critical roles, skills mapping, workforce data, skill gaps, internal mobility opportunities, and attrition impacts.

• Manage complete software configuration, ensuring strategic alignment with client business objectives.

• Oversee detailed functional requirement specifications, acceptance testing, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate and facilitate advanced technical design workshops, project checkpoints, and stakeholder

presentations.

• Provide expert-level technical leadership, guidance, mentorship, and troubleshooting to implementation teams.

• Execute rigorous quality assurance measures and effectively communicate potential business process impacts.

• Ensure successful milestone delivery, including sandbox configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and

production migrations.

• Facilitate client training, manage go-live support activities, and oversee hypercare support ensuring optimal client

satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade HCM or talent management solutions in cloud (SaaS)

environments.

• Strong background in HRIS/ATS/TA/TM solution implementations, with knowledge of systems such as Workday,

SuccessFactors, Eightfold AI, Phenom, SeekOut, Taleo, iCIMS, and others.


• Expertise in architecting and configuring backend systems with advanced API integration.

• Hands-on experience with JSON, ETL, XML, Python, and SQL for integrations and configurations.

• Experience developing implementation proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) as part of a sales engineering

function.

• Ability to lead client-facing activities including workshops, requirement discussions, and demos.

• Deep understanding of SaaS platform implementation challenges in enterprise environments.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify skill gaps, and recommend platform-based solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional impacts and ensuring stream cohesion across

workstreams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Big 4 consulting experience is a plus.
