About the Position

We are seeking a talented and self-driven Back-End Engineer (Laravel) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications. You’ll actively contribute to technical decisions, work closely with our Vue 3 front-end team, and help evolve a reliable and scalable backend architecture.



Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain APIs with Laravel and PHP 8.x.
  • Design relational schemas, write migrations, and optimize database queries for speed and reliability.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to long-term technical roadmaps.
  • Mentor peers, share best practices, and foster a culture of clean code and continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building Laravel applications in production.
  • Experience designing and maintaining APIs.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, including performance optimization.
  • Strong grasp of authentication (OAuth2, JWT), caching strategies (Redis), and data-consistency patterns.
  • Comfortable working with autonomy and communicating technical decisions.
  • Familiar with collaborative development workflows (branches, PRs, reviews).
  • Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of or interest in Vue 3 or React.
  • Knowledge of or interest in .NET framework.
  • Experience with queues, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Azure DevOps pipelines, or event-driven patterns.
  • Fluency in English.
