About the Position

We’re seeking an experienced Power BI Data Analyst to play a key role in the migration and rebuilding of critical business dashboards. This role focuses on transitioning reports from SQL to Snowflake, validating data accuracy, and delivering performance-optimized dashboards that meet stakeholder needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Migrate and update existing Power BI dashboards to integrate with Snowflake data sources.
  • Rebuild and optimize dashboards according to new data structures and business requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous data validation and integrity checks to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data engineers to resolve data discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure dashboards follow consistent design, usability, and performance best practices within Power BI.



Must-Have Skills

  • Proven expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX and robust data modeling capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of database schema changes and data mapping processes.
  • Strong ability to self-validate, investigate data issues, and troubleshoot independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
