About the Position


We are looking for a IT Recruiter to own and manage the full recruitment cycle across Eastern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and securing top IT talent to support the growth of our teams. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to building talent pipelines, a keen eye for technical and cultural fit, and a deep understanding of the Eastern Europe tech market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders, to prioritize hiring needs, drive the interview process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles across Eastern Europe, from sourcing and job postings to interviews and offer management.
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with company goals and culture.
  • Proactively source high-quality passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative methods, ensuring a robust pipeline of top talent.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as the first point of contact and maintaining strong relationships that align with long-term talent acquisition goals.
  • Represent the company’s employer brand by creating engaging job posts, showcasing the company culture, and sharing insights into our work environment on platforms like LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
  • Leverage your recruitment expertise to understand the unique needs of IT roles, adapting your approach to attract and assess candidates with diverse skill sets.
  • Track and manage candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring regular and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and keep the company competitive in the talent market.


Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume IT recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding of sourcing and assessing technical profiles.
  • Based in Eastern Europe.
  • Fluent in English, enabling seamless collaboration with local and international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships and align with business objectives.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously, leveraging creativity and accountability to drive results and meet hiring goals.
  • Proven track record in building diverse talent pipelines, proactively attracting passive candidates and ensuring a varied mix of applicants across all levels.
