About the Position

We are looking for a Stack Manager to lead a talented group of engineers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technology projects. This role combines strong technical expertise (in Python or React) with proven leadership capabilities to guide teams, oversee technical assessments, and collaborate closely with multiple departments across the company.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate hands-on in projects, ensuring best practices in development, testing, and delivery.
  • Oversee technical interviewer teams across multiple stacks, ensuring SLA adherence and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas such as HR, Recruitment, Account Management, and Sales to align goals and priorities.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery quality across led teams and handle underperformance cases while maintaining client satisfaction and operational continuity.
  • Support budget planning, staffing, and resource allocation processes.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
  • Serve as a key technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.


Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams (5–15+ members).
  • Strong background in Python, React, Node.js, or related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices and delivery processes.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating coding assessments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.
  • Experience with project planning, budget management, and team coordination.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken).


Nice to Have

  • Experience leading teams across multiple technology stacks or client projects.
  • Familiarity with nearshore or distributed team environments.
  • Previous experience working in consultancy or outsourcing settings.
