About the Position
We are seeking a Salesforce & Revenue Operations Analyst to join our global operations team. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, process optimization, and GTM operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining Salesforce as our single source of truth while designing automations, dashboards, and workflows that empower business decisions across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Operations, and Finance. Your work will provide the foundation for clean data, accurate forecasting, and actionable insights throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Data Integrity
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user roles, permissions, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Ensure data integrity across lead, contact, account, and opportunity objects.
- Maintain and improve integrations with HubSpot, Reply.io, ZoomInfo, TargetRecruit, Notta, and other tools.
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for GTM, AM, Operations, and Finance teams.
Revenue Operations & Cross-Functional Reporting
- Collaborate with Sales to maintain standardized opportunity stages, pipelines, and forecasting models.
- Support Account Management, Recruitment, and Operations with staffing visibility and utilization reporting.
- Connect Salesforce data with Finance and HR systems for billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition reports.
- Assist Marketing with lead source attribution and campaign tracking.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement scalable automations (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
- Design processes to reduce manual data entry and operational friction.
- Document system updates and communicate best practices to stakeholders.
Analysis & Insights
- Develop dashboards covering the full GTM funnel: Account > leads → meetings → opportunities → revenue → utilization.
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership to guide forecasting, staffing, and ROI analysis.
- Monitor KPIs to detect trends and anomalies in pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations, or GTM systems.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Reply.io, and other sales engagement tools.
- Familiarity with IT, consulting, or professional services models (e.g., billable hours, utilization).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and visualization.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
