About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role requires deep experience in designing complex SaaS platforms and a strong command of Figma. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting user-centered digital experiences and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, requiring on-site presence once per week.


Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for complex SaaS products.
  • Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
  • Ensure consistency across design systems and maintain design documentation.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices and patterns for responsive web and desktop applications.
  • Participate in Agile and Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proven track record working on complex, business-critical platforms (beyond simple websites or apps).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and its latest features.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered methodologies.
  • Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Buenos Aires and available to work from the office once per week.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with enterprise-grade or mission-critical SaaS products.
  • Background in working within Agile/Scrum product teams.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and design for inclusivity.
