About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our team and support both Accounting operations and FP&A activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, accounting records, tax compliance, and financial reporting, while also contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.


Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Process monthly payroll payments and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Calculate and process social benefits, payroll taxes, social security contributions, withholdings, voluntary contributions, and garnishments.
  • Manage payroll-related accounting software and ensure accurate registration and processing.
  • Prepare and file monthly payroll and social security forms with relevant authorities.
  • Calculate employee tax withholdings and manage payroll-related obligations.
  • Process and maintain all accounting records and journal entries.
  • Prepare fiscal reconciliation books and financial statements.
  • Process invoices and manage payment entries in online banking platforms.
  • Prepare, process, and submit all monthly and annual tax returns and generate corresponding receipts.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Reconcile account balances and maintain a fixed assets register.
  • Analyze monthly Balance Sheet and P&L variances.
  • Participate in tax audits and external audits as required.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and supporting implementation.
  • Perform ad-hoc reports and additional tasks as requested by management.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial models for business planning, scenario analysis, and management decision-making.
  • Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, preparing variance explanations.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, reports, and dashboards to support leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and improve visibility into financial performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and financial analysis roles.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • “Can-do” attitude with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and higher workloads.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
