About the Position

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. This role will be responsible for developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models, analyzing financial data, and preparing and interpreting financial statements. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in monitoring company performance and providing insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and investment analysis.
  • Perform variance analysis and explain differences between actual and forecasted results.
  • Analyze KPIs, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to assess business performance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist with business cases, ROI analysis, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and core financial principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Strong ability to interpret financial data, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Experience working with financial statements and financial reporting processes.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred but not required).
  • CPA or CFA certification (preferred but not required).
