About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Partner to be responsible for managing client accounts to ensure retention, growth, and exceptional customer service. Builds relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue and collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic support. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, relationship-driven mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Manage ~$4M in annual revenue across existing and new accounts.
  • Oversee full account lifecycle: onboarding, support, retention, and growth.
  • Act as the point of contact (POC), which involves supporting the employees allocated or applying to an account.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, HR and Delivery teams to manage client relationships and risks on allocated people support.
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, internal platforms, governance, and staffing requirements.
  • Align Delivery personnel with client needs and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Coordinate the whole allocation process in collaboration with the Recruiting team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Project Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technology stacks and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity suites such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong English skills, both written and conversational (B2+ or higher).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience managing accounts within software development or IT services companies.
  • Background working with nearshore or distributed delivery teams.
  • Experience managing large or multi-stakeholder client accounts.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis.
