About the Position
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to support the successful execution of complex, large-scale software development initiatives. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between product, engineering, and stakeholders, ensuring that teams operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Delivery & Team Leadership
- Oversee the delivery of complex and large-scale software development projects.
- Lead, coach, and support delivery team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual commitments, and industry best practices.
- Implement and promote best practices to continuously improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood, consistently met, and aligned with the expansion of existing business areas.
- Handle underperformance cases
- Work on internal projects driving innovation
- Work with other areas such as operations, account management and HR on improving internal processes
- Working with Sales on pre-sales calls
Requirements
- Strong experience on leadership and client facing
- Solid understanding of agile delivery metrics, including velocity, capacity, and sprint progress.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate delivery status clearly and effectively.
- Experience leading or coordinating software delivery teams in complex environments.
Nice To Have
- Experience working with multiple development squads simultaneously.
- Background in large-scale or enterprise software delivery.
- Exposure to process optimization or continuous improvement initiatives.
