About the Role

We are looking for a Support Engineer .Net and Azure to provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications (such as data extractors and internal tools).

This role combines: Application support, Minor code changes and bug fixes, Basic Azure environment management (monitoring, scaling, deployments)

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in production environments and has interest in learning more about data-related solutions.




Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for existing .NET applications and data extractors
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Implement minor fixes and small enhancements (UI changes, color updates, logic fixes)
  • Deploy updates to Azure environments
  • Monitor application health, logs, and metrics in Azure
  • Support database queries and data validation (SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
  • Assist with environment configuration, scaling, and basic Azure troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the team when deeper architectural changes are required



Qualifications

3+ years of experience with C# / .NET

• Experience working with SQL Server or PostgreSQL

• Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

App Services

Deployments

Logs & metrics

Basic scaling understanding

• Ability to debug issues in production environments

• Experience using Git and deployment pipelines

• Strong problem-solving skills


Nice to Have

  • Interest in data engineering or data-related solutions
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Azure certification (AZ-900 or similar)
