About the Position
Distillery is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across LATAM. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier tech talent.
You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the LATAM tech market and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Account Management, Sales, and Technical Leaders to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative sourcing channels
Candidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience while building long-term relationships
Employer Branding: Represent the company’s employer brand through compelling job postings and active engagement on recruiting platforms
Process Management: Track and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS, ensuring accurate data and timely communication with stakeholders
Continuous Improvement: Use metrics and data insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in high-volume IT recruitment
Based in Buenos Aires or Córdoba
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Experience working with ATS platforms (Target Recruit is a plus)
Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-driven mindset
