About the Position

Distillery is seeking a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across our target accounts and priority service lines.

This role will focus on the execution of events, campaigns, and regional marketing initiatives in close partnership with sales, SDRs, and the broader marketing team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across virtual events, in-person activations, follow-up campaigns, and partner-supported initiatives.

This is a strong execution role for someone who can help bring marketing plans to life and improve coordination across go-to-market teams.


Responsibilities

Event & Program Execution

  • Plan and execute field marketing programs, including hosted events, dinners, roundtables, webinars, and selected industry conferences.
  • Support logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, and post-event follow-up.
  • Help ensure events and programs are aligned with target accounts, campaign goals, and sales priorities.

Campaign Support

  • Execute marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and partner channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, audience lists, follow-up workflows, and reporting.
  • Work with the marketing team to adapt messaging and tactics for specific accounts, industries, or service lines.

Sales & SDR Alignment

  • Partner with sales and SDR teams to support outreach around events, campaigns, and account engagement efforts.
  • Help coordinate invite lists, targeting, follow-up sequences, and campaign handoffs.
  • Ensure marketing programs contribute to pipeline creation and meeting generation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing leadership, sales, SDRs, and internal stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, event partners, and freelancers as needed.
  • Help maintain executional consistency across multiple concurrent programs.

Performance Tracking

  • Track campaign and event performance, including attendance, engagement, meetings generated, and pipeline influence.
  • Provide clear reporting and operational follow-through on program outcomes.
  • Identify execution improvements to increase efficiency and impact over time.


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or campaign operations.
  • Experience executing marketing programs in a B2B services, consulting, or technology environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and webinar/event platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting professional services or complex B2B offerings.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing motions or high-value account targeting.
  • Experience managing in-person and virtual events end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working in a lean team with a high degree of ownership.
